In the era of AI, we have more access to information than ever before. It would be a lie to say that we do not have the information to know how to move forward. Most of us know by now exactly what we should be doing… but knowing it isn’t enough. This is where the rubber meets the road, and often where we find resistance....so much of it that we cannot take action.
Somatic practices work directly with the nervous system, gently releasing stored stress and emotions, expanding your capacity to face the uncomfortable, and opening the pathways for clarity, strength, and wider vision of the possibilities that lie ahead. Somatic practices can help you integrate and embody what is known and shift from conceptually understanding something to becoming the living version of that knowledge.
Through this 5-day somatic experience, you will be providing your nervous system with lived evidence that the new and unknown can be safe, that "being" in a new way can be safe; and from that safety, you can take aligned action.
This FREE 5-day embodiment experience is designed to serve as a recalibration of your nervous system - reminding your body the range in which it can move through different nervous system states. This 5-day somatic journey through the five elemental archetypes of Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire will become evidence to your nervous system that responding in a different way is not only possible, but SAFE.
THE FIVE DAYS
Each day, we’ll tune in to a different elemental archetypal state that already lives inside you.
Not to become someone new, but to restore access to parts of you that may have gone quiet through stress, pressure, or adaptation.
Using somatic tools, we will explore and reconnect to forgotten parts of you through the 5 elemental archetypes, integrating them into your body so you can move forward from wholeness and allow all parts of you to rise in service.
Day 01:
Earth
Anchor into trust and nourishment and feel safe in your body.
Day 02:
Metal
Reflect. Accept. Release. Access the wise woman within.
Day 03:
Water
Reconnect with the feeling, imagination, and possibility.
Day 04:
Wood
Embody certainty, cultivate focus, and align your actions.
Day 05:
Fire
Spark your confidence, magnetism, and foster connection.
Through a combination of breathwork, meditation, movement, sound, reflection, and community, this journey allows your body to reconnect with different parts of yourself, soften the nervous system resistance, and restore mobility.
This series of mini-practices can be adopted in your daily routines to train your nervous system to see all the parts of you as safe and worthy, so you can stop hiding and start living.
This isn't a becoming.
