So many of us crave connection, depth, authenticity, and genuine relationship.
We long for true intimacy; the kind where someone sees past our form and into our heart and soul.
Yet, simultaneously, as we claim out to our friends and family that no one truly sees us,
we spend all of our day hiding.
Hiding our truth. Hiding our desires. Hiding our eccentricities. Hiding our "loudness".
Hiding everything that makes us uniquely "us".
Before someone can see us intimately and deeply,
we must be able to
see ourselves
love who we are
express ourselves authentically
and stop hiding in plain sight.
Like a flower opening petal by petal,
this practice is an invitation to bloom
into your full expression :
your sensuality, truth, joy, vitality, and magnetism
Most of us have learned how to speak, create, share, achieve, and keep moving forward in such a way as to stay safe. Often, this also means that we learned to perform a version of ourselves that has been intricately fabricated to keep the approval or respect of those around us.
But underneath those masks, we carry a guarded heart — a nervous system that does not feel fully safe to truly express ourselves or connect genuinely with others.
Bloom
is our second community somatic practice of the year, exploring the transition from Wood to Fire — from structure and strategy into warmth, openness, intimacy, and embodied expression.
On June 10th, we will dive into gently releasing the emotional armour and reconnecting with the softer parts of ourselves that long to be seen and felt. This communal practice is about awakening the Enchantress within —
The part of you that no longer chases, forces, or performs for love, attention, or belonging.
The woman who knows her worth and enjoys her own company naturally becomes magnetic.
Through movement, meditation, breath work, and guided connection practices, we create the conditions for the body to slowly unfold — like a flower opening to the light.
During this session, we'll work with two natural forces inside you:
The Architect
the one that knows the intention, defines strategy, creates the roadmap, and takes action forward confidently.
And
The Wild Woman
the one that knows herself, her values, lives unapologetically, and attracts everything she needs.
This communal practice is about transitioning from intention to embodiment.
From
“I plan. I Move. I do”
to
“I am. I feel. I attract.”
Phase 1
✨ Creating safety through containment
✨ Trusting your experience, talent, and skills
✨ Transitioning from action into grounded self-trust
This is where we honor the structure that has guided our path and trust it to hold us.
From there, we can start gently unfolding.
Phase 2
✨ Build grounded confidence in the body.
✨ Increasing the capacity to feel
✨ Reconnecting to tenderness
✨ Returning to our natural state of aliveness
This is when the flower begin to open its petals to the sun. We embody safety in vnerability and intimacy.
Blooming is not forcing yourself to shine.
Blooming is trusting and allowing yourself to unfold.
The feminine returns. In sovereignty. In certainty. In trust. In presence. In romance. In inspiration.
And where presence lives, truth is not just whispered, it is felt.
