You planted the seeds. You tended what mattered, stayed with the uncertainty, and continued to show up. The fruit appeared—but did you stop long enough to see it?
Creating is only one part of the cycle. We must also allow ourselves to witness it, feel it, and be nourished by it.
Nature does not plant endlessly. There is a time to reach, tend, and work—and a time to gather, taste, and be nourished by what has grown.
So much of modern life keeps us oriented toward what comes next. The next responsibility, the person who needs us, the goal to reach, or the next version of ourselves to become. Over time, forward motion can become so familiar that stopping feels uncomfortable. Even when something good arrives, we may rush past it before we have fully felt it.
Harvest offers another rhythm. A space to slow down and remember:
It was always meant to nourish you.
Harvest is a communal space to transition between two elemental archetypes: FIRE and EARTH
PHASE 1: FIRE
It's safe to want. It's safe to enjoy.
Remember what it feels like to genuinely want something because something inside you comes alive.
Explore pleasure— your nervous system's capacity to let life feel good by fully experiencing what is beautiful, meaningful, nourishing, and life-giving.
Building trust in your expression
Unfolding your voice gently
and then we transition into satiety and gratitude
PHASE 2: EARTH
It's safe to pause. It's safe to receive.
Softening the need to perform, prove, or overwork to receive
Exploring safety in the pause—your nervous system’s capacity to rest and remain connected to your inner values.
Notice the bounty that you already hold and let your body feel it
Allowing yourself to be nourished without guilt
The work has been done.
The fruit is here.
It's time to savor it slowly,
letting the body receive what the mind once dreamed of.
Through movement, meditation, breath work, guided affirmations and reflections, we create the conditions for the body to release the chase and enter savouring.
Preparing the body and mind to step out of daily living and its worries, and into the container. A gentle arrival—softening the noise, landing in the body, and creating the inner space to receive.
Exploring desire and the pleasure of savoring the fruit. Remembering what it feels like to want something because something inside you comes alive. Let enjoyment become visible—the first taste, the warmth spreading, the spontaneous movement when you stop monitoring yourself and enter the experience. Without shame or guilt.
Nourishment, gratitude, and the deep satisfaction of satiety. The grounded body that no longer believes it must perform or prove its worth to receive. Receiving is its natural state. Allowing the body to rest and be held by what it has grown—welcoming support and nourishment while remaining rooted in our values and inner truth. Trusting that enough has already been done.
Takeaways for daily life—simple practices to access your capacity to enjoy, savor, and feel nourished by what you have worked hard for. Carrying the experience beyond the container, so the harvest becomes a way of living, not a single moment.
The feminine returns. In sovereignty. In certainty. In trust. In presence. In romance. In inspiration.
And where presence lives, truth is not just whispered, it is felt.
